POWDER-LIQUID RATIO
Before use, ensure both powder and liquid are at room temperature. Standard two level scoops of powder and two drops of liquid is recommended. Light cure for 45 secondsMIX
Using a stainless steel spatula, mix first scoop of powder into liquid and not until all the powder from the first scoop has been completely wetted, should second scoop be mixed. Allow 15-20 seconds for mixing and a further 15-20 seconds for spatulation. Spatulation should be vigorous to give a wet mix which is smooth, tacky and has a glossy appearance. Material should be placed in the cavity at the "tacky" stage. Two minutes after the start of mixing the character of the material changes to a non-sticky consistency at which stage the material can be contoured, condensed and finally cured. This website uses cookies so that we can provide you with the best user experience possible.
